Shipping Coverage

Egy Rice provides shipping and delivery services for retail, wholesale, and export customers in accordance with the agreed order details and delivery terms.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during official business hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

  • Delivery times vary based on the customer's location and the shipping service provider.
  • Customers will be notified of estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before completing the purchase.

International Shipping (Export Orders)

  • Export shipments are handled according to the agreed commercial contract and applicable Incoterms.
  • Delivery schedules may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, destination country regulations, and transportation conditions.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Inspection

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage to the packaging or discrepancies in quantity should be reported immediately to the carrier and to Egy Rice Customer Service.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
  • Egy Rice shall not be liable for delays resulting from such external factors.
